Rules were made by God, for us, to help us to honour him, to be good to other people, and to not hurt ourselves. Rules are good!

With a site like this we do need users to follow a few simple rules, so we can keep this site pleasant.  They’re simple rules, and we think they are very fair.

So here are the Dos and Do Nots…

• Do not post someone else’s translations even if they say you can.
• Do instead tell them about the site and if possible show them how to post their own songs translations.
• Do not add any song words in English – we need to ask permission to publish the songs first.
• Do add links to other website pages which have the words already.
• Do not personally insult other members, or their hard work.
• Do give constructive suggestions on how to improve translations.
• Do not bring race, sex, sexual orientation, religion, denominations or politics into any of your posts. No such topics are relevant to this site.
• Do accept everyone as they are. Everyone is on a journey, some have just started, some are near the end, and none of us are perfect.
• Do not start an argument with someone who you suspect is posting someone elses work as if it were their own. Even if you are right.
• Do instead report this to us immediately, providing as much information as possible, and allow us to deal with it in the correct manner.

And finally, failure to pay attention to these rules will lose you respect in this community, may cause your posts to be edited or deleted, and may cause us to close your membership without further warning – this is your warning.
